Composition tribotechnical materials of heightened wear resistance of a series Флувис (Fluvis) designed JSC "GMP" together with leading centres of science of republic Belarus in the field of polymeric materials technology.
Materials of a series Fluvis - composition tribotechnical materials of heightened wear resistance of function modifying agents, including on the basis of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and carbon fibers.
The materials differ by reagent resistance, high thermostability, low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, good sealing performances in relative frame and stationary unit.
Are intended for manufacture of details of clusters of abrasion: thickening devices compressor and pumping equipment, plane bearings, shut-off accessory used in chemical productions, gas- and waterpipes, which are operated in air and liquid mediums, including in dry and wet gases. The articles from composition Fluvis ensure reliable maintenance of clusters of abrasion in an interval of temperatures from -200°C up to +280°C.
Among the consumers of materials Fluvis - JSC Sumy Frunze NPO (Ukraine) and Russian company Barrens; this composite is used in the pipeline's pump of fighter Su-30MK (Russia).
The articles from materials Fluvis widely will utillize the plants of a food-processing industry, for example brewery, for a complete set of compressor stations.
One of advantages of articles from composition Fluvis as contrasted to by analogs from steels, antifriction bronzes, cast irons, carbon materials and plastic is the ability to ensure maintenance of clusters of abrasion in extreme requirements. The aggregates Fluvis allow considerably to increase an operation resource of any node of a dry friction at practically complete lack of wear conjugate metal rider.
On indexs the composition Fluvis exceed materials Flubon and F4K20. They do not yield on auxiliary performances to materials Garlock (Germany) and SPL (England) at lower price performances. The composition Fluvis supplyto the customer as preforms.
We have technological basis for production not less than 40 tons of materials and performs from composition of a series Fluvis per one yaer. The composition of a series Fluvis protected by the patents for the unventions of Russian Federation №№ 22669251, 2269550, 22668273, 2278875, 2266988, Belarus №№ 8497,9396,8480,9819,8674.
