The material – stainless steel 12X18H10T is equipped with a system of electric equipment,
is used as a tractor trailer (is not subject to registration with the State Motor Licensing and
Inspection Department).
Isothermal Tanker ATsIP-3.9 V=3.9 m3 (4.2 m3) for transportation of milk on the basis of the GAZ
The tankers are manufactured of stainless steel designed for food industry, brand 12X18H10T.
As the inter-wall insulator is used a foamed polyurethane composition having no analogues by its
characteristics, with an operation guarantee period of 12 years. The thermal insulation enabled
preservation within 24 hours of the temperature of the filled liquid by difference of temperatures
between the filled liquid and the ambient environment of 30°C. As an experiment the cistern
was filled up with steam of +72°C, temperature of the ambient environment being -1°C. over 12
hours the steam temperature decreased by 1°C. the reservoir consists of two sections, the construction
of which excludes the process of “whippng” of transported milk. Entire stop valves and the pipelines are
made of designed for food industry stainless steel, brand 12X18H10T. The sheeting of the undeframe –
of designed for food industry stainless steel, brand 12X18H10T. At the customer’s demand we install
the system of vacuum pumping of milk.

It is designed for transportation of water, milk and other food liquids with a density of at most 1,030 kg/m3.
There is a certificate of state hygienic registration.
It has been manufactured on the basis of the chassis for MAZ-457043.
The external and internal shells of the cistern are made of stainless steel, the gaskets – of food rubber TU RB (Technical Conditions of the Republic of Belarus) 38.1052013, the interwall soace is filled up with polyurethane foam.

stainless steel designed for food industry and confirmed by certificates.
Installation of pumping equipment (of stainless steel) for pumping lquids by means of a drive from KOM
is possible at the customer’s demand we install athe system of vacuum pumping of milk.
Side platforms are located on the underframe along the entire reservoir, width 400 mm, to both sides of the cistern.
The ladder (stairs) are located at the back.

The isothermal 3-section tanker-semitrailer PPTs-20 is designed for transportation of food liquid
and discharge by gravity into a reservoir located lower than the cistern level (possible is installation
of an autonomous pump). The cistern is installed on the chassis for MAZ 991900-012 (with ABS),
lean-on jumper, the front axle is liftable.
The thermal insulation enabled preservation within 5 days of the temperature of the filled liquid
by difference of temperatures between the filled liquid and the ambient environment of 80°C
(the maximum decrease over 5 days made up 5°C). The tanker will be equipped with sticks
made of stainless steel, aluminium covering, railings and a ladder. This model can be manufactured
as a bearing structure on axles SAF or BPW in various versions (volume, number of sections,
pumping equipment, components etc.) at the customer’s option.
